He is survived by: his spouse Brenda Miles Mattingly; his children, Donnie Mattingly of Campbellsville, Pat Mattingly of Louisville and Theresa Reid (Danny) of Bardstown; his grandchildren, Erica Mattingly, Nick Mattingly and Ashley Hardin; his stepgrandchildren, Katie Reid Kurtz and Robbie Reid; his stepgreat-granddaughters, Allie Kurtz and Zoey Kurtz; and his siblings, Laura Rita Benningfield of Stringtown, Kathy Vaughn (Craig) of Oglethorpe, Georgia of Campbellsville, Joyce Mattingly of Campbellsville, Helen Jones of Campbellsville, Alicia Bevin of Lebanon and Tom Mattingly of Loretto.
