He is survived by: his wife Carlene Sims Mattingly; his children, Arthur Lee Mattingly, Jr. of Bardstown, Andy Mattingly (Angela) of New Hope, Rachael Gootee (Jason) of Loretto and Kayla Newton (Blake) of New Hope; his grandchildren, Abby Hicks, Nevah Hutchins, Bentley Mattingly, Linkin Mattingly, Tylor Gootee, Alexis Gootee, Cameron Gootee, Landon Newton, Emily Newton and Henry Newton; his great grandchild Collin Brady; and his siblings, Sarah Hutchins (Howard) of Loretto, Marlene (Patty Mattingly), Norma O'Daniel (Mary Ann Riggs), Margaret Reece (Theresa Mullen) of Louisville, Joe Mattingly (Rose) of Bardstown, Jude Mattingly of Bardstown, Charlie Mattingly (Sheann) of Bardstown, Bill Mattingly (Sabra) of Bardstown, Bernie Mattingly (Janie) of Loretto, Larry Mattingly (Doris) of Bloomfield and Steve Mattingly (P.
