He was predeceased by: his parents, George A. Spalding and Mary Margaret Mattingly Spalding; and his brothers, Danny Wayne Spalding and Robert Adrian Spalding. He is survived by: his siblings, Wanda Lois Stone of Bardstown, Helen Lyvers (Doug) of Bardstown and Joseph William Spalding (Donna Burdick) of Bardstown. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
