She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Hutchins and JoAnn Hutchins; and her brother Joseph R. Hutchins. She is survived by: her husband John LeRoy; her children, David J. LeRoy (Eva Catherine) and Tammy McElvain-Swillinger (Zachary); her brothers, Leo Hutchins (Charlotte), Jimmy Dean and Daniel Worner; her granddaughters, Izabella Catherine Hutchins and Jillian Leila McElvain; her sister Tammy Renee Dillinger; and her close friend Tammy Sue Doty.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to the Barktown Rescue, Bardstown.
