It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lillian Rogers of New Haven, Kentucky, born in Howardstown, Kentucky, who passed away on December 25, 2020, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Vic Rogers; her parents, Clarence Boone and Nell Boone; and her siblings, Clarence Boone, Billy Boone and Elsie Boone.
She is survived by: her children, Marilyn Ann Strong (Bill) of Louisville, Shirley Floyd (Charlie) of Stone Mountain, GA, Bobby Rogers (Rosie) of Shelbyville, Elizabeth Foster (Roger) of Lexington, Paul Rogers (Sondra) of Richmond, Glenn Rogers (Becky) of New Haven and Connie DuPlessis (Sam) of Louisville; and her sisters, Betty Boone S. C. N. of Bardstown and Helen Greenwell of Culvertown. She is also survived by seventeen grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may go to Masses at St. Catherine of Alexandria or other catholic churches, or St. Catherine Academy (grade school in New Haven, KY).
