He was predeceased by: his son Philip Clark. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Clark of New Haven; his children, Jessica Clark-Allen (Jimmy) of Elizabethtown, Carla Clark of Huntington Beach, CA and Bruce Clark of New Haven; and his grandsons, Justin Allen, Jacob Allen and Marines.
