He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Earl and Marjorie May McCubbins Johnson; his siblings, Tony Earl, Paul Allen Johnson, Frank Erin Johnson and Mary Alice Johnson Nalley; his sisters-in-law, Beth Johnson and Patsy Martin Johnson; and his pet Sam.
He is survived by: his wife Patsy Johnson; his daughters, Roxane Meredith (Tim) of Hodgenville and Rosie Johnson; his siblings, Randall Johnson (Aggie) of New Haven, Bobby Johnson of New Haven, Samuel Johnson of South Carolina, Cecilia Bryan (Ronnie) of Bardstown, Theresa Donahue (Ricky) of New Haven, Maggie Jackson (Ricky) of New Haven and Annette Price of Tennessee; and his brother-in-law Junie Nalley of New Haven. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren, and a host of nieces nephews, and special children.
