He is survived by: his daughter Deborah "Deb" Hutchins of Bardstown; and also, Danny Millsap (Judy) of New Haven, Robbie Millsap (Denise) of Bardstown and James Millsap (Jodi) of Burlington, KY.. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
H.R. was a United States Army Veteran, a retired maintenance employee for the Sisters of Charity of Nazareth, an employee at SB Foot Tanning as a Tanner for Red Wings Shoes in Red Wings, MN., was a Christian, a member of the Disabled American Veterans, and a member of the American Legion Post 121.
