He is survived by: his mother Emma Lee Harmon Calloway of New Haven; his siblings, Tamara Blanchard of Louisville, Gregg Simmons (Billie Jo) of Taylorsville, Scott Simmons of Louisville and Derrick Simmons of Louisville; and his aunt Margie Berryhill of New Haven. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
