He was predeceased by: his parents, Rossie Lee and Mary Hattie Reid Hall; and his brothers, Pat and Michael Lynn Hall. He is survived by: his siblings, Theresa Bickett (Steve Janes) of New Haven, Debbie Spalding (Wesley Wheatley) of Springfield and Randy Hall of New Haven; and his close friend Jewell Riley of Bloomfield. He is also survived by eight nieces and nephews and three great nieces and nephews.
Due to covid-19 restrictions, face coverings are required, and social distancing and hand washing are encouraged.
