He was predeceased by : his son Charles Michael Clark; his parents, Janks Clark and Maw Clark; and his siblings, Chester Clark, Rayme Clark, Theresa Metcalf, Lala Nally, Aline Lanham, Lee Clark and Ann Clark.

He is survived by : his wife Beulah Clark of New Haven; his children, Wanda Spalding (Steve) of Bardstown, Steve Clark (Lisa) of Fern Creek and Jackie Allender (Gary) of Bardstown; and his siblings, Jack Clark of New Haven, Bernard Clark of Eminence, Margarette Nally of Holy Cross and Martha Ann Tingle of Mississippi. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, July 2nd 2024 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, July 3rd 2024 from 8:30 AM to 9:30 AM at the Barlow Funeral Home (2675 E John Rowan Blvd, Bardstown, KY 40004). A prayer was held on Tuesday, July 2nd 2024 at 6:00 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, July 3rd 2024 at 10:30 AM at the St. Vincent DePaul Catholic Church (104 Church St, New Hope, KY 40052).
