She was predeceased by: her husband Durbin. She is survived by: her children, Charles Gregory, Greg, Michael Wayne "Mike" (Merky), Timothy Allen "Timmy" (Sara), James Patrick, Jim Pat, Durbin, Carol Marie Reams (Terry), Tina Ann Sympson (Scott) and Rosemary Fleming (Dale); and her siblings, Maurice Smith, Don Smith and Carolyn Warlop. She is also survived by grandchildren; and a host of great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
