He is survived by: his wife Rhonda Blazge; his daughters, Courteney Pennington (William) of Bardstown and Samantha Johnson of Caneyville; and his sister Terry Wright (Howard) of Ohio. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren, and a niece and a nephew.
