She is survived by: her children, Jeff (Carrie), Todd Boone (Terri Ann), Angie Boone Robey and Stacy Covington (Lee); her siblings, Gerald Smith (Gladys), Tommy Smith, Libby Boone, Mary Catherine Cahoe (Gene) and Sue Medley; her grandchildren, Ethan Boone, Marissa Brooks, Audrey Boone, Jessica Robey, Jacob Robey, Dylan Covington, Justin Covington and Adrianna Covington; and her great grandchildren, Hayden Boone, Anna Grace Boone, Hudson Brooks and Nikko Covington.
