She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Charles Donald and Guyola Elmore. She is survived by: her parents, Rick Elmore (Melissa) and Patty Price; her child Addi; her grandparents, William Robert Sr. and Muzetta Price; her children, Adaleigh, Kane Sepulvado and Malayah Elmore; her siblings, Timmy Johnson, Marlana Kilgore (Mattingly), Tonya Johnson, Misty Johnson and Kaitlyn Elmore; and her stepsisters, Danielle Cissell and Ashley Hamilton. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins.
