She is survived by: her husband James "Jim" Clemons of New Concord; her children, Johnny Ray Clemons of New Concord, Jerry Lee Clemons of New Concord and Kim Johnson of New Concord; and her siblings, Eddie Norman, Jerry Lee Norman, Delores Watson, Shirley Adcock and Ruby Shafer. She is also survived by five grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
