He was predeceased by: his parents, Marjorie Jerry and Jerry Berry Sr. Jerry; and his sister Mary Lynn Berry. He is survived by: his daughter Molly Waiwaiole (Brad) of Mt Juliet, TN; his grandchildren, Ian and Zella; and his siblings, Libby Lester of Dalton, GA, Melissa Gentry (Brian) of Nashville, TN and Richard Berry (Stacie) of Mayfield, KY. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
