He was predeceased by: his parents, Maurice Jeffrey and Angie Mary McNutt Howard. He is survived by: his wife Gail Beale Howard; his children, Hunt Howard of Sedalia, KY, Heath Howard of Murray, KY and Holly Howard of New Concord, KY; his siblings, Kelvin Howard (Belinda) of Farmington, KY and Angela Howard Perry (David) of Farmington, KY; his grandchild Harvest June Howard; and his nieces and nephews, Kyle Howard, Jason Perry, Brooks Beale, Mason Beale, Thomas Bailey, Drew Bailey, Brittany Brown, Keila Jackson and Mary Mason Beale.
