We are sad to announce that on August 5, 2022, at the age of 71, Donna Jean Humbard of New Concord, Kentucky, born in Chicago, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her mother Josephine Pudelek; her stepfather Stanley Pudelek; her parents-in-law, Raymond and Vivian Humbard; and her siblings, Raymond Berger and Marilyn Rimkavich.

She is survived by: her husband Dennis; her children, Scott of New Concord, KY, Steve (Chris) of Plainfield, IL and Sharleen (Steve Zamiska) of Mayfield, KY.; and her grandchildren, Ashley, Cody, Ethan and Hayley.
