She is survived by: her children, Tammy Woodard of Morganton, NC, Steven Simpson of New Concord, KY and Timothy Simpson of New Concord, KY; her siblings, Elizabeth Ann Cook (Reynolds) of Lavina, TN, Rita Webb (Reynolds) of Midlothian, TX, Patricia Lynn Holliday (Reynolds) of Heartland, TX and Kenneth Reynolds of Murray, KY.; and her grandchildren, Ashley Johnson, Stephanie Fielder, Tiffany Simpson, Steven Earl Simpson, Jr., Emily Simpson, Brandon Simpson, Johnny Simpson, Jr., Elizabeth Mathis, Timothy Woodard and Joseph Simpson. She is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
