He was predeceased by: his parents, Jewell Hieatt and Jessie Hieatt; and his wife Joan M. Hieatt. He is survived by: his children, Cindy Nagy (Paul) of Arizona, Allen Hieatt (Shelley) of Arizona, David Hieatt (Katy) of Texas and James Hieatt (Dee) of Kentucky Several. He is also survived by Several grandchildren, great-grandchildren & great great-grandchildren.

Form of contributions may be given to Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 1209 Highland Ave., Suite P, Carrollton, KY 41008.
