She is survived by: her husband Ray Thomas of New Castle; her son Colton Anthony Charles Thomas of New Castle; her mother Patsy Payton Sevier of New Castle; her siblings, Connie Hay of New Castle and Charlie Sevier of New Castle; her brother-in-law Bill Thomas (Terri) of Louisville; and her nieces and nephews, Mark Hay of New Port Ritchey, Will Thomas of Louisville and Kelly Thomas of Louisville.
