She is survived by: her husband Ray Powell of New Castle; her sons, Robert "Robin" Floyd Powell (Meleah) of Defoe and Rick Norton Powell (Ashley) of Defoe; her brother Donald L. Norton (Barbara) of Eminence; her grandchildren, Robert Floyd Powell, Jr. of Defoe, Reagan Powell of Pleasureville and Elizabeth Edins (Travis) of Defoe; and her great grandchild Ellie Rae Edins.
