He is survived by: his wife Bethany Ann Hall (Gividen) of New Castle; his sons, Cory Wayne Hall of Sulphur and Travis C. Hall of New Castle; his grandson Richard Wayne Hall, II of Sulphur; and his brother Carl Hall (Patricia) of New Castle.
