He is survived by: his children, Ray Jr. Downey (Shawna) of Pleasureville, KY, Marvin Thomas Downey (Karla) of Midway, KY and Tammie M. Jimenez (Ricardo) of Sulphur, KY; and his sister Myrtle Sallee of La Grange, KY. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.
