She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Nelson Head and Margaret "Peggy" Bush (Clark). She is survived by: her cousins, Tom Clark (Betty) of Crestwood and Ricky Timberlake (Ermalee) of Smithfield; and her aunts, Betty Clark of Owenton, Billie Clark of LaGrange and Jane Clark of LaGrange.
Memorial Contributions may be given to New Castle United Methodist Church or to Kentucky State Police in memory of Carl Head.
