Linda C. Golden Obituary
We are sad to announce that on February 23, 2025, Linda C. Golden of New Castle, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Jasper Adrian and Nellie Bly Cays (Craig); and her siblings, Carl "Shorty" Cays, Jewell Dean Roberts, Betty Carol Cays, Vickie Lynn Cays and Verna Trautwein Stivers.
She is survived by: her children, Becky Poe (Steve Runner) of LaGrange and Spencer Golden of New Castle; her granddaughter Kristina Barnes (Jack Jr.) of Sulphur; and her great grandchildren, Jaxen and Jaylynn Barnes.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, February 27th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Prewitt New Castle Funeral Home (425 N Main St, New Castle, KY 40050). A funeral service was held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorial contributions may be made to 18 Mile Baptist Church.
