He was predeceased by: his parent Vonalee Davis Smith. He is survived by: his parent Edger Smith; his brother Alan Smith; his wife Valerie Webster Smith of Carrollton, KY; his sons, Jason of North Carolina and Jeffrey Smith of North Carolina; and his stepchildren, William Baumgardner of Indianapolis, IN, Fred Baumgardner of Indianapolis, IN and Garlena Isaac (Brian) of Carrollton, KY.. He is also survived by grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
