He is survived by: his wife Deloris Powell of New Castle; his children, James Herbert Blanton of Pittsburg, CA, Jane Louise Blanton of Reno, NV and Joseph Leroy Blanton of Davenport, NY.; his stepdaughters, Melissa Gamboa of Campbellsburg, Lisa Frazier of Campbellsburg and Ida Crenshaw of New Castle; and his siblings, Lynn Herbert Blanton of Archibald, PA, Edward Louis Blanton of Davenport, NY, Thomas Loren Blanton of Orlando, FL, Robert Walter Blanton of Davenport, NY., Elizabeth Luella Doriski of Davenport, NY, Margaret Lillian Lincoln and Numerous.
