We are sad to announce that on November 20, 2020 we had to say goodbye to Janice Charlene James Kinney of New Castle, Kentucky, born in Shelbyville, Kentucky. She was predeceased by: her parents, Marshall James and Dorotha C. Blackaby James; her brothers, Charlie James (Sue) and Robert James (Shirley); and her nephew Ted James.

She is survived by: her nieces and nephews, Pat Whitaker (Dee), Charlotte Grigsby (Ronnie), Sandy Appleman (Mike), Sharon Pollock (Troy), Kenny James (Wendy) and Bobby James. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Although this is an outside service, due to Cocid-19 it is requested that face masks be worn and social distancing be observed.
