He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William Bailey and Thelma Lee Frazier (Peyton); his wife Shirley Frazier; his sister Pamilla Brewer; his sons, Jim Frazier (Kathy) of Dayton and Timothy Wyatt Frazier of Louisville; his brothers, Roy Frazier (Patsy) of Elizabethtown and Mike Frazier (Carol) of Campbellsburg; and his grandchildren, Mike Frazier (Young), Kori Ogborn (Robert), Ryan Frazier (Candace), Shelby Stodghill (Gabe) and Megan Fillinger (Clay).
