He is survived by: his wife Donna Samples (Dixon); his children, Gayla Samples, Bradley Samples (Jesse), Aaron Samples (Meagan), Nick Samples (Sarah Aldridge), Dustin Samples, David Troxell (Courtney) and Kelsey Samples; his grandchild Hayden Wayne; and his mother-in-law Rosie Dixon.
