We are sad to announce that on January 21, 2021, at the age of 83, Earl Thomas Smith (New Castle, Kentucky), born in Carlisle, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Avery Allen and Edith Louisa Ockerman Smith; and his brothers, Charles Smith and Kenneth "Butch" Smith. He is survived by: his wife June Stivers Smith; his son Douglas C. Smith (Tamela W. Smith); his granddaughter Morgan J. Maxwell (Erik Haslinger); and his siblings, John Smith, Ann Jolly and June Carter. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Funeral services are private due to Covid.
