He was predeceased by: his parents, David Downey and Lorene Downey (Baxter); and his siblings, Ben Downey and Ruth Kidd (Downey). He is survived by: his brothers, Ronnie Downey (Pam) of Sulphur, Donnie Downey (Sharon) of Louisville, Jerry Downey (Ira) of Milaysia and Robbie Downey (Vada) of Sulphur Several. He is also survived by Several nieces and nephews.
