She is survived by: her children, Sharon Ruble (Sonny) of Washington, WV, Brenda Graham (James) of New Castle, KY, Janet Welsh (Don) of Westerville, OH., Charles Lewis, Jr. (Tammy) of Mineral Wells, WV, James Lewis (Pam) of Sandyville, WV and Robert Lewis (Misty) of Parkersburg, WV.; her sister Bonnie Wyatt (Carroll) of Greenville, SC.; her sister-in-law Juanita Lewis of Steubenville, OH.; and her grandchildren, Mike Schepper (Rhonda), Amy Ramsburg (Dave), Brad Lewis (Patty), Michelle Baker (Joel), Amanda Clegg (Cory), Christopher Lewis (Candace), Joshua Lewis (Sharri), Adam Lewis (Tori), Jessica Spears (Chad), Megan Sharp (Canden), Mallory Ohse, Megan Graham, Kayla Graham, Jamie Campbell (Alex), Idarion Graham, Matthew Welsh, Katy Welsh, Jenna Welsh, Sydney Lewis, Heather McIntyre (Brandon) and Sonya Reutelshofer (Sam).
