He is survived by: his father Paul Mullins of McRoberts; his wife Robin Maggard Mullins; his children, Coty Mullins (April) of Georgetown and Katelyn Smith (Tyler) of Whitesburg; his grandchildren, Colt Mullins and Ripp Mullins; his sister-in-law Sherrie Wilder (John) of McRoberts; and his nephew Jarred Wilder (Kayla) of Payne Gap.
