It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jesse Wright of Neon, Kentucky, who passed away on September 23, 2021, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Wright and Julia Cook Wright; his grandson Jacob Lucas; and his sisters, Joyce Davis (Bill), Patty Playforth (Arnold) and Gwenda.

He is survived by: his wife Dotty Tackett Wright; his children, Wendy Lucas of Neon and Erick Wright (Lisa) of Jenkins; his grandchildren, Hannah Lucas, Erica Mortensen, Rachel Lucas and Jesse A. Wright; his great grandchild Luke Mortensen; and his siblings, Barry Wright (Sheree), Sharon Riddle (Allen), Carroll Brown (Claude) and Sherry Castle (James). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
