He was predeceased by: his parents, Prentice Burke and Sarah Burke (Tackett); and his siblings, Kenneth Burke and Barbara Morgan (Burke). He is survived by: his wife Carol Loretta Burke (Pennell); his children, Joey Dale Burke (Rebecca) of Millstone, Kentucky., Debbie Kay Potter (Ronnie) of Neon and Anna Rae Martin (David) of Middlesboro, Kentucky.; and his grandsons, Justin Ray Potter and Darryl Allen Martin.
