He is survived by: his wife Lorie Bunch Stephens; his daughters, Amanda Bailey (Joseph), Samantha Bartley (Ritchie) and Cassandra Stephens; his siblings, Gene Mitchum, Patricia Day, Susie Davis and Marvene Stephens; and his grandchildren, Sebastian, Brody Boy and Matthew Beans.
