It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Florence Stines of Neon, Kentucky, who passed away on April 14, 2021, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Mart Hall and Nannie Hall; her husband Herman Stines; her siblings, Rose Ilene Johnson, Jessie, Ballard, Grats, Wesley and William; and her granddaughter Brittany Stines.
She is survived by: her children, Shane Stines (Kim) of Whitco, Mickey Stines (Caroline) of McRoberts, Anthony Stines (Tanya) of Millstone, Terri Stines Potter (Denton) of Kona, Sherri Stines of Neon and Sarah Noell Stines of Neon; her brothers, Connie Hall of Sergent, Bernard Hall of Goose Creek and Alfred Hall of Neon; her grandchildren, Jessica Stines, Derek Stines, Lila Rain Stines and Jacob Campbell; and her close friend Roy Dell Taylor.
