She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Pendley and Louise Pendley (Cansler) of Nortonville; her siblings, Leon Pendley and Frances Hulsey; and her great grandchild Austin Tanner Wint.
She is survived by: her husband G. H. Duke; her children, Ronnie Duke (Jeanne) of Hanson, Donnie Duke (Melinda) of Cadiz, Sharon Carlisle (Eddie) of Madisonville and Teresa Wint (Mark) of Nebo; her grandchildren, Melanie Tesst, Chris Duke, Jason Duke, Eric Duke, Valerie Howard, Eddie Carlisle, Blake Carlisle, Sean Wint and Derek Wint; and her sister Gerri Lutz of Madisonville. She is also survived by 21 great-grandchildren, 10 great-great-grandchildren.
