He is survived by: his wife Kayla Prowell of Dalton, KY; his children, Kaitlyn Prowell of Salem, KY, Lindsey Prowell of Dalton, KY, Makenzie Prowell of Dalton, KY, Kaylie Prowell of Dalton, KY, Jesse Belt (Haley) of Marion, KY, Jared Prowell of Dalton, KY and Christopher Prowell of Dalton, KY; his siblings, Robin "Robbie" Phelps of Madisonville, KY, Michael "Mikey" Prowell of Madisonville, KY, Clifford Prowell of Louisville, KY and David Adams of Newburgh, IN; and his granddaughters, Tinley, Madison and Rayleigh.
