He was predeceased by: his parents, Margaret White and James White; and his brothers, Tippy and Pudgie White. He is survived by: his wife Shelby White; his sons, Butch White (Carlene) of Smith Mills, KY and Shane White (Serina) of Madisonville; and his sisters, Julie Brown (Rodger), Geraldine Shaffer and Marie White. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren; seventeen great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
