It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Retha Fulkerson (Nebo, Kentucky), born in Central City, Kentucky, who passed away on May 25, 2020, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Marvin Kennedy and Charlotte Decke Kennedy; her husband Norman Fulkerson, Sr.; and her daughter Tonya Fulkerson. She is survived by: her children, Marvetta Marks of Manitou and Norman Fulkerson, Jr. (Mary) of Evansville, IN; her grandchildren, Tonya Fulkerson, Dennis Marks, Jamie Fulkerson, Sasha Patel and Norman "Trey" Fulkerson III; and her great grandchildren, Zackery Cline, Gabby Sambecti, Jackson Patel, Zendaya Lewis, Bryant Lewis Jr., Karter Gibson and Rudy Marks.
