He was predeceased by: his parents, George P. Triplett, Sr. and Doris J. Blanchard Triplett; and his brother Wendell Gene Triplett. He is survived by: his wife Tracie White Triplett; his children, Trey Matthew Triplett (Frank Leek) of Nebo, KY, Troy Brandon Triplett of Nebo, KY, Ashley Lynn Triplett-Myers (Kyle) of Marion, KY and Tara Delilah Triplett of Los Angeles, CA; his brother George Triplett, Jr. (Jackie) of Archdale, NC; and his aunt Judy Pendley of Owensboro. He is also survived by his five grandchildren.
