She is survived by: her fiancé David Wayne; her children, Kristy Tate (Sherman) of Paducah and Ricky Carter of Providence; her siblings, Brenda Pierson (Bobby) of Wheatcroft, Debra Beach Long of Madisonville, Gary Beach (Mary) of Wheatcroft and Henry Beach (Connie) of Clay; and her grandchildren, Diantay Tate, Damion Tate and Dasean Tate.
