He is survived by: his spouse Betty Oakley; his children, Rick Oakley (Cindy), Shawn Oakley, Sherri Hardeman (Doug) of Nashville, TN and Tonya Deese of Madisonville, KY; his sister Jo Nell Sullivan of Evansville, IN; his grandchildren, Christian Oakley, Tiffany Mays (Shane), Brittany Blue (Colin), Erin Blanford (Dylan), Ashton Crook (Austin) and MacKenzie Oakley; and his great grandchildren, Katelyn, Scarlett, Zack, Aiden, Noah and Jack. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
