He is survived by: his wife Keneda Weir Ellis; his children, Janine Ellis Wilson (Lynn) of Nashville, TN, JoAnn Woodruff Dame (Kevin) of Rumsey, KY and Jason Ellis (Lisa) of Madisonville, KY; his siblings, Ronald Grundy Ellis (Phyllis) of Owensboro, KY and Sharon Miller (David) of Rumsey; and his grandchildren, Chase Wilson of Nashville, Jared Wilson of Nashville, Curtis Dame (Amanda) of Rumsey, Kirby Dame of Rumsey, Clay Dame of Rumsey, Lauren Willett (Nick) of Madisonville, Connor Ellis of Madisonville and Abbey Ellis of Madisonville. He is also survived by four great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
