Mitchell and Lola Kautzman (Wayne) of Providence, KY; his daughters, Courtney Weiler (Stephen) of Evansville, IN and Lana Mitchell of Madisonville; his brothers, Andrew Mitchell (Jennifer) of Nebo and Cody Mitchell (Clearinda) of Nebo; his grandmother Dorothy Shoulders of Nebo; his grandson Kaden Lee; his stepsiblings, Chris Kautzman of Lisman, KY, Daniel Kautzman of Slaughters, KY, Lee Kautzman of Madisonville, Donald Evans of Evansville, Phillip Evans of Evansville, Jessie Langley of Hawesville, KY and Sherry Rich (Carl) of Slaughters; and his aunt Karen Lindsey of Broken Arrow, OK. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
