He was predeceased by: his parents, William Carriel and Thelma Mae Smith Kelley; and his brothers, James "Shorty" Kelley, Carriel Wayne Kelley, William Louis "Bill" Kelley and Donnie "Duck" Kelley.
He is survived by: his wife Trish Kelley of Nebo, KY; his children, Megan Trader (Dustin) of Providence, KY, Micah Kelley (Alisha) of Nebo, KY and Korbin Carter (Halie) of Providence, KY; his brothers, David Kelley (Cheryl) of Evansville, IN and Jerry Kelley of Nebo, KY; and his grandchildren, Sawyer Trader, Scout Trader, Caleb Kelley, Max Kelley and Amelia Carter. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Townsend Funeral Home (140 US-41 ALT, Dixon, KY 42409). A memorial service was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
